I mentor start-up and scale-up founders in water and energy who are navigating the hard parts of building an organisation: team dynamics, the tension between control and creativity, and complex stakeholder environments. My background is in interim executive leadership in critical infrastructure — which means I have lived the consequences of getting these things wrong, and right.
